At the Ritrovo Sottomonastero (restaurant and pizzeria) just a few metres from the port of Sottomonastero (ships and hydrofoils) you can enjoy traditional dishes under a pergola in the central Via Vittorio Emanuele. You can chose between a wafer-thin pizza or a menu where fish is always the main feature. The specialities include Aeolian starters based on aubergine and fish, home-made pasta, stuffed squid in tomato sauce and various fish dishes, such as swordfish roulade. Accompanied, of course, by a select choice of wine. And to finish: a vast choice of handmade desserts.
